Technical grade for Data Entry Operator

This is to inform that the data entry operators of west bengal with qualification of DOEACC "O" level degree which certifies as Business Professional Programmer has to be given technical grade and special allowances. they should not be treated as Typist and they should not deserve the same scale as typist. Promotional activity should be provided.
