Clarification of some abbreviation of Annexure -V

Dear friends,
It is known to us that, preparation of Pay bill by using COSA is mandatory from 1st July 2012. In this connection a format have to fill to each and every employee in Annexure - V (employee database template in COSA for regular DDO's as per recommendation of thirteen finance commission) vide order No - 1829-F(Y) Date 01/03/2012.
In the said annexure - V, some abbreviation has been used but not mentioned its full form causes some difficulties to fill up the form properly. I hope, there are many friends in this community to clarify these abbreviation. So, I enclosed the annexure and marking the abbreviation as bold which needs its full form or clarification. I think this will help many of our members.

GOI: Government of India.
GOWB: Government of Were Bengal.
LIG: Lower Income Group.
MIG: Middle Income Group.
RECS: Regional Electronic Clearing Service.
EPS: e-Payment of Salary.
Defined benefit: The benefit already defined by the Govt regarding pension.(Normal pensionary benefit)
NPS: New Pension scheme(for AIS).
