QUERY REGARDING CHANGE OF SCALE FROM HONS TO PG

I joined as an Asst Teacher in Hons/PG post in 4th October 2007 with Hons Scale. I completed my MSc in january 2010from Netaji Subhash Open University where I had admitted before my service since 2006.I took a permission from M C in 2009 before my examination but did not take any permission from D.I.Also I do not take any study leave because the examinations were held in only sunday.Now my question is that can I get the PG scale?

The answer is no as per G.O. No. 593-SE(B) / ES/O/B/1M-98/2007 dated 27.11.2007.

i am a math teacher(HONS/PG- 2009 batch) in govt sponsored & aided school. My highest qualification is MCA (2008 pass out). would i claim pg scale?
