about rules of leaves

I am a assist. Teacher in a high madrasah and joined in 24.08.10 in additional post and i also doing my Ph.D. Work in part time from Burdwan univ. As a new order is given by the state govt that 2 addtional increment will given to the teachers who awarded Ph.D. in the corresponding subject.
So my quest is can i get any study leave for completion of my Ph.D. Work.
Or can i take my all medical leaves, commuted leaves of my 3 years of service in a year.

To avail study leave, for pursuing phD, a prior permission from the DI is necessary. Do you have that permission?

As in your case phD is in part time basis, i think you shall not get any study leave. you can take other leave as well.
