West Bengal Right to Education Act, 2012

If anybody have a copy of the above act/gazette notification of the same please upload the same in this forum. Here I am requesting the state govt. version of the said act and not the one notified by the central Govt. The link given in the official website of state secondary education department (WBSED.gov.in) is not working.
I have to go through the provisions of this act, before we can start a discussion on the provisions of the act. I head that it contains very important clauses which can radically change the working of schools as well school teachers.
