How to edit or add signature in the profile?


Click on user Control Panel > Profile > edit signature. You may add new or edit the old one. You may use your email id as signature.


During posting a new topic or reply you may enable or disable signature by checking or unchecking the signature option.

How to upload and share a file?


uploading and sharing file is very easy here. Files may be uploaded and shared during creating a new topic/ message or reply to a topic/ message. This feature is available in "full editor" only ( it is not available on quick reply option). Click "Post reply" then click upload attachment button placed below of the draft box, beside option.


To upload a file just click on select file. A new window will appear from which you have to select the desired file. Thereafter click upload attachment button. Depending on size of the file, it will take some time to be uploaded. After completion of upload you should post the same. Maximum file size is 10 M.B. and you may upload unlimited various kind of files.

After completion of uploading simply share the same by providing the page link.

How to show an image with the post?


Thats very interesting thing I learnt form my partner (Admin). At first you need to upload an image. Thereafter click on the uploaded attachment, the url of the image will be shown in the address ber. Copy the address ber.


Now go to write or edit a post. You will have many little tabs on the upper portion like "Quote ", "code", "list", "img" etc.


select "img" and Paste the copied url in between the end and start of third brackets.


Now its finished. Before posting you may preview the same to be confirmed.

To post URL, you can use URL button while posting a reply. At first paste the link, then select it, and finally click the button.
When you click the said button, URL tag is automatically inserted in both ends of the selected link. Submit.

How to link or paste an active url?

Thanks Kaushik and Partner. Let me describe it more. If you want to paste an active url please follow the steps below.

1. Go to the desired page which you want to link. 2. Click on address bar and copy the url(page address). 3. Now go to the page where you want to post and click on "post reply". 4. Now write your message and paste the url. 5. Click submit.

Thats the easiest process but the url will be visibale. You may hide the url by ghost button. I shall describe the same on my next post.

How to hide the url by placing some words with ghost button?


Normally the url you pasted is visible but you can hide that by placing some words like "CLICK HERE". It looks more attractive. I am writing the process below. Just copy the code and edit the url as per your requirement.

Is it always require to use ghost button to hide the url?


Not at all. I have found an another trick to hide the url without ghost button. It is more easy like this "CLICK HERE".. Just copy the following code and make necessary changes as per your requirement.

Why the private message, I sent long ago, are not clearing from outbox or not delivered to the addressee?

We had strong observations over this issue and found the actual fact. The personal messages will not be delivered or stay on the outbox until the addressee become available(online). So dont hesitate to send messages or worry about the outbox. It will be delivered as soon as the recipient will be available. Feel free to xpress yourself
