Extraordinary Leave for school teachers

Hallo,
i am an assistant teacher of a govt aided H. S. school till 2000. then i have take 2 years without pay leave because my husband leave in usa to get a child. but there i have had recurrent miscarriages. after two year i return and join my job. then three months later i take again leave and go to my husband. I am now in usa for last 2 years and 6 months. Here i have again miscarriage.I want to increase my leave and to stay with my husband because i want a baby. I have allready 4 miscarriage. Have any body idea how long can i take leave. or i must return in india to immediately.
Can anyone help me and answer me. I am very worried.
