Welcome friend. Please say something more about the order. What exactly the order about? Who issued the order?

No. if I've guessed the topic correctly i.e. the recent news about summer vacation. In this news it is reported that the vacation will start from tomorrow (15/05/2012) in the school of south Bengal instead of the earlier schedule.I don't know whether it is applicable for the primary school or not.

There is some sort of ambiguity over the area of applicability.Different media saying different news.Some of them said all govt. school. Some said it will applicable to all school including Govt. or govt. aided. one channel said that the summer vacation will start from tomorrow at all govt. school and govt advised govt aided and pvt. school to follow the same.Whether primary school will come under the purview of this directives or not irrespective of north/south bengal???it is also not cofirmed.Waiting for suggestion and news.

Here is what I could dig out:
The end date should remain the same for the Summer Vacation. But the rest is still not clear. I am yet to find the G.O. If anyone has seen it (or have it) please post it here.
Most importantly will the Maximum Limit of holidays remain unchanged?

Dear friends,
We are confused now about summer vacation on or from 15.05.2012.Some question arise now. We are not clear about it. According to News source we have known W.B.B.S.E. instructed by our Hon’ble Education Minister about the leave.
Now my question:-
1)Whether it is applicable for the Primary Schools (under D.P.S.C) ?
2) Different D.P.S.C. have their own vacation list. As for example Bankura D.P.S.C. their summer vacation on 28.05.2012 to 09.06.2012. Now will it be 15.05.2012. to 09.06.2012? (As per news source“ opening date of summer vacation will remain unchanged”)
3) As per list we can get Cultivation leave substitute of summer vacation. Now Summer vacation is mandatory near us ?
4) In our District some Circle get this vacation for 12 days. Some 7 days and some circle for 4 or 5 days. What is actual order?

Sorry to say that some of our immediate superior i.e.S.I/S kept switch off their Mobile Phone. I think they are liable to give proper advice to their Head Teachers as an officer. It is not expectable near us we are really ill fated. With regards of all my Forum friends.

1. Yes, it is applicable for the schools under WBBPE
2. No, Opening day after summer vacation will also be preponed. 15-6-2012 to 27-05-2012
3. Holiday List is prepared by DPSC. If Summer Vacation etc. is enlisted as holiday, it is mandatory.
4. That is not possible as the list is prepared by DPSC in case of Primary Schools. How can it be possible to maintain separate holiday list by the schools under same DPSC. Please elaborate.

Some times attending continuous calls may not be possible for a person! ( I received some 200 calls since last evening!) please bear with us Mr. Pal!

Let me say sorry for my previous post. I said the order is applicable for south Bengal only. but it is not so as the order " 186(3)-SSE dt. 14.05.2012" say. I gave my opinion on the basis of the news available at that point of time.
Asit Baran Pal wrote "(As per news source“ opening date of summer vacation will remain unchanged”)" but according to the said order normal school days are to be maintain and the opening date is also to be 'pre poned'. so cannot remain unchanged. Is not it?
Mr A B pal has raised some valid questions... let me put another
1.If the opening date come forward the nature will not be much merciful than now(specially for pry. school under Bankura DPSC, one of the most hot areas n the state)...
2.The morning school for pry school(specially under DPSC Bankura) hour has been extended fro 10 AM to 11:30 AM.(there s a topic in this forum)... in spite of such heat... !!!
