In this advertisement(5/2012), there is a instruction that 'In cases where no Division/Class is awarded and only grading is done, exact percentage of marks and conversion formula adopted are to be mentioned with documentary evidence.' Actually I have completed my graduation in computer application.I've got 3670 marks out of 6000 which means 61.17%[{3670/6000} x 100], but according to instruction how should I show this formula in the application form. Please guide me sir.thanks in advance.

That rule is not only applicable when only Gradation is done.
In your case % of marks is very clear. No question of conversion from grade system to % of marks system.
