Service Continuation
Posted by: S D - 30-07-2018, 10:28 PM - Forum: Appointment - Replies (7)

I am an employee of a department under Govt of west Bengal and working there for more than 3 years in group -C but not yet received the confirmation letter. I got selected in another department under Govt of West Bengal in the same cadre (Group--C) through competitive exam. I am willing to join the later department. Now my question is that whether I will get service continuation? Whether my EL, Medical will be transferred along with service Book? Whether I will be eligible to get pay protection?

Sir I need Finance Department memo no. 10253-F dated 29.9.1988 , please upload the same. Urgently required
