Ok. Then what is the role of the Secretary and the President?

Secretary is the Head of School Management which actually takes necessary decision for development and smooth running of school. HM/TIC is responsible for executing the resolutions taken by the MC. President is there to preside over the meeting of MC. If you specify your questions, it would be easier to discuss over the matter for all the interested members here. Anyway you may visit https://www.askwb.com/threads/about-management-rule.118/ or https://www.askwb.com/threads/controlling-authority.448/ for more information regarding your query. You may consult a Headmaster's Manual.

OK. Thank you for the information.
I will as asking this as there happens to be some online fill up of a school profile. I was wondering who actually is the head of the institution as required there in one of the columns. Kindly shed some light on this.
