DURING e-filing I TAX registration activation , I have not get any mobile pin .
what can I do now ?
It happens sometimes due to congestion in the server. So try again, during off-pick hour like early in the morning or late night when the server is in less use, if possible. But remember, do not close your session as you have to put the pin in the same session. Best of luck.
Is there any other process or is it possible to register as new user ?
Mobile No and Email Id are mandatory for e-filing IT Return from last year. So you cannot avoid the step. If your PAN is already registered with the E-filing portal, it is not possible to register as a new user. You can reset password with your last year's Acknowledgement No, Date of Birth and Bank A/c No.
